Orfs Adaptors
SAE J1453 ORFS adaptors are used in high pressure fluid-dynamics connections. The seal is guaranteed both by the thread and a flat surface with a seat for O-Ring (made of nitrile compound and suitable for a temperature range between -20°C +120°C), which ensures absolute tightness.
This type of connection offers high resistance to depressions and pressures, and guarantees the absence of leakages (also under the presence of gases), good resistance to high tightening and easiness of assembly with the possibility to make repeated assemblies and disassemblies, also replacing (if necessary because of wear or aging) the O-Ring.
